Return policy

    1. Online purchases (excluding gifts and final sale items) made through Basicsbeyond are valid for exchange or return within 30 days from the date that you received your item(s).

    2. Items must be unused, undamaged, come with all original tags and be in original packaging. If not, the customer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

    3. We offer free returns and exchanges! Once we confirm your return request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. DO NOT return using expedited shipping or a courier service such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. This will lead to high customs tariffs and the customer will be held responsible for these charges.

    4. Please Contact Us before you request a return. We will follow up with instructions for return once we receive your request and work to solve your issue as quickly as possible. Any return without prior authorization is non-refundable.


        How do I return an item?

        1. Select the type of return problem on the Contact Us page, providing your order number and email address.
          2. We will reach out with instructions once we receive your return request.
            3. Prepare your package and pack your merchandise securely.

              4. Deliver your package to a certified mail carrier. Be sure to get a receipt and tracking code!


                  How to issue a refund or exchange after I return the items?

                  Once we receive your returned items, we will process the refund or exchange according to your request.

                  For a refund, the processing time will depend on the payment method that you used for your order. PayPal refunds take up to 3 business days to process. Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to process. 

                  For an exchange, it will take up to 3 business days to arrange the shipment of the replacement item. Once shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking.
